What is one thing you would change/create to make the world a better place for women?
I've been staring at this question for so long! I think the most important change is systemic. Social, political, institutional and economic structures all work together to keep women disadvantaged, unsafe, poor, unsupported, discriminated against and silenced (particularly women of colour, disabled women and older women.) You can't just put one woman in any of those systems and hope for change. The systems need to be torn down and rebuilt from the ground up, centring the most disadvantaged voices and life experiences and working out from there.
